Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide so that you can Create the Shift® anywhere. Shipping costs and times depend on your location, and international orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes.
When will my order ship?
Your order will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders may take an additional 3-7 business days to arrive once shipped within the U.S. (international shipping times vary). Need it faster? Choose expedited shipping at checkout. We will send you tracking information as soon as your order is shipped.
What are my shipping options in the United States?
We offer standard ground and expedited shipping options. Orders above $300 will receive free ground shipping. For deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, shipping for your orders will be automatically upgraded to air delivery.
How much does international shipping cost?
International shipping rates vary by location and the estimated weight of your package. Shipping costs will be calculated during the checkout process.

How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.
Can I change my shipping address after I place my order?
Once an order is placed, we cannot change the shipping address or shipping method. Please double-check your shipping information before submitting your order.
Will I incur any customs charges, import taxes, or duties that need to be paid?
For international orders, the total amount paid at checkout includes applicable customs duties and taxes for select countries. However, please note that international orders may be subject to sales tax, import duties, and customs charges, which are determined by the country of receipt. For further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office.
Why was my order canceled?
If we need to cancel your order due to a lack of product availability, we will notify you by email and will refund the amount charged immediately. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed.
When will my card be charged?
Once your order has been placed, your card will be charged according to the amount and currency of your order, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees.
Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to return. Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. If not we will not accept the return. Customers can initiate a return through a self-service portal located in their customer account that they created. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.

How do I determine the correct size to order?
Each product page includes a size chart.
Are your products true to size?
Most of our Clothing fits true to size. For performance styles (like leggings or compression tops), expect a snug, supportive fit.
What fabrics do you use?
We utilize premium performance fabrics, including moisture-wicking blends and breathable cotton mixes, designed for both workouts and everyday wear.
How do I care for my clothes?
Instructions for caring for your clothing will be on the inside tag of the garment.
